Did you know that there is an awesome sight by "Citizens Against Government Waste" that takes the time to publish the amoutn of "ear marks" or "pork" that each member of congress or the senate requests each year? Are you concerned about your elected officials are using your tax dollars to serve their own personal ear marks. There is so much that can be learned at this website but since we are just weeks away from voting on the presidential election I thought I would invite you to read their 2008 list of "pork" requests so you can look up the dollar amounts requested from both Obama and McCain.
